The hotel is fairly clean. Nestled in a nice building with super friendly staff. Its location is perfect and magnificent. Right by south west France. Close to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the shopping center.

The resaurant owner rang the hotel for us to get access
Because of a demonstration by the farmers which blocked the motorway, the hotel shut, also restaurant closed So no food, my husband walked over to another restaurant and they wouldnt serve him as he didnt have his car

What a really lovely stay, nothing too much trouble. Ideal place, comfortable beds, proactive staff. Quiet location to St Pierre Cathedral of Saintes. A nice size and bright room and an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV set with satellite channels inside.

A lovely clean room, breakfast was good. Parking easy and position of hotel easy to find just off motorway. Would stay there again.
Room was too hot to sleep.

Nothing really bad to say about it, we got there 11.30 pm and check in finishes at 11 and he very kindly got.out of bed for us and let us in

No taxi service in Saintes - not there fault but means very limited options for evening dining.

This hotel was recently renovated, so it was all clean, fresh and nicely decorated inside. Staff was really helpful and nice and breakfast on the morning complete and good. Will definitely stay again there if we have the opportunity to come back in the area. It is also close to the shopping centre and close to the motorway, which was a big plus for us.
